Pineapple Ink Tavern is located at 1002 Broad Street in the heart of Downtown Augusta, GA. Inspired by owner Allan Soto’s Cuban heritage, we have carefully crafted items straight from his childhood. “All of the dishes on the menu I’ve eaten hundreds of times over the years," says Soto. Family, friends, and community are important in Cuban traditions, and we use this family-oriented, hospitality mindset as the focal point of everything we do.

Allan is a South Florida native whose inspiration to open Pineapple Ink Tavern stemmed straight from his Cuban background. Being a successful entrepreneur with several successful business ventures and a focus on the revitalization of Downtown Augusta, he finally took his lifelong passion for experiencing excellent hospitality, delectable food, and crafted drinks to open the Cuban restaurant.
